Data Safety form requirements,
applicable data protection laws, and Child Safety Standards.

1. Information We Collect
Personal Information: name, email address, phone number
Device Information: device ID, device model, OS version
Login Credentials: Google login or mobile number–based OTP login
Location: approximate location
App Usage Data: usage statistics and analytics data
User-Generated Content: photos and videos uploaded by users
Diagnostics: crash logs and performance data
Advertising ID: used for ad personalization and analytics
Note: We do not process payments inside the app. We do not ask for or handle real money. All transactions or rewards are managed outside the app through verified payout systems.
3. Permissions Used
The app may request the following permissions solely to provide core features:
Camera / Storage: to allow users to upload photos and videos
Notifications: to inform users about rewards, tasks, or important updates
We use trusted third-party SDKs strictly for advertising, analytics, and backend support. These services may collect limited data as per their own privacy policies:
Naan may use the Advertising ID for ad personalization and analytics. We do not share or sell your Advertising ID. It is used only for targeted ads in compliance with Google Play policies.
We are fully compliant with Google Play’s **Device and Network Abuse Policy** to ensure a safe and secure environment for our users. We actively monitor and prevent any malicious or unauthorized activity, including but not limited to:
**Spamming:** Sending unsolicited, repetitive, or misleading content.
**Fraudulent behavior:** Engaging in deceptive or dishonest activities to gain unfair rewards.
**Unauthorized access:** Attempts to gain unauthorized access to user devices or networks.
**Malicious software:** Distributing malware or other harmful software.
We take swift action by suspending or permanently banning accounts involved in these activities to protect our users and the integrity of our platform.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties except for the trusted service providers listed above and only as necessary to operate the application.
We may share your **approximate location** with our advertising partners for ad personalization and marketing purposes. We are committed to protecting your privacy and do not share any data beyond what is necessary to operate our services.
In accordance with **Section 4.9 of the Developer Distribution Agreement**, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and security for all data and user-generated content. We adhere to Google Play’s policies regarding malicious software, fraud, and network abuse, and we will take all necessary actions to address any violations.
10. Children’s Privacy
Our services are not directed at children under 13 years of age.
We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we become aware that a child under 13 has submitted personal data, we will delete it immediately.
Users under 18 should use the app only under parental guidance.
We retain personal data only as long as necessary to operate the app, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes. Once no longer needed, data is securely deleted.
12. Data Security
We use industry-standard measures (such as HTTPS encryption and secure servers) to protect your information. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
